Very professional and transparent how he repaired it. Also very patient making sure everything works again. My induction stove was fixed by someone else but within 2 months, the socket was burned. "I feel deceived by this business. What they promise and what they deliver are two different things. The service was of the lowest possible quality. Every step of the way was a struggle. This was easily the worst service I have ever encountered. From start to finish, everything was a disaster. The employees were rude and acted like they were doing me a favor.
