Very professional and transparent how he repaired it. My induction stove was fixed by someone else but within 2 months, the socket was burned. He helped me fix the connection, glue the frame back and now everything works again which is very important for a kitchen. Highly recommended and thanks again!

Very professional and transparent how he repaired it. Also very patient making sure everything works again. My induction stove was fixed by someone else but within 2 months, the socket was burned. He helped me fix the connection, glue the frame back and now everything works again which is very important for a kitchen. Highly recommended and thanks again!

"I feel deceived by this business. What they promise and what they deliver are two different things. The service was of the lowest possible quality. Every step of the way was a struggle. They are quick to take your money but slow to provide any actual service. The staff is poorly behaved and lacks basic manners. I am deeply regretful for choosing them. This place is falling apart due to poor management. The staff is untrained and has no idea what they are doing. I was given wrong information several times. The service was delayed without any valid reason. It’s clear that there is no leadership or quality control here. I am shocked that they are still in business with this kind of attitude. Their customer support is non-existent. I tried reaching out multiple times regarding an issue, but was ignored. When I finally got through, the person was unhelpful and arrogant. "If you value your time and money, do not come here. The service is incredibly slow and the staff is incompetent. They messed up my order/request multiple times and offered no apology. It is clear they do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I had high hopes, but this was a complete failure. The price they charge does not reflect the low quality they provide. Very poor management and even poorer execution. Stay away at all costs."
